IN-SPACe Recruitment 2026: ભારત સરકારના Department of Space હેઠળ કામ કરતી સંસ્થા IN-SPACe એ 2026 માટે consultant posts માટે recruitment notice બહાર પાડ્યો છે. જો તમે space sector, policy, law કે technical field માં કામ કરવા માંગો છો, તો આ તક તમારા માટે ખૂબ સારી હોઈ શકે છે. આ article માં અમે તમને સરળ ભાષામાં જણાવીશું કે IN-SPACe શું છે, આ recruitment માં કેટલી posts છે, કોણ apply કરી શકે છે, અને અરજી કેવી રીતે કરવી. ચાલો શરૂ કરીએ.
IN-SPACe શું છે? (What is IN-SPACe?)
IN-SPACe નું પૂરું નામ છે Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre. આ સંસ્થા Department of Space (DOS), Government of India હેઠળ કામ કરે છે. તેનું મુખ્ય કામ છે ભારતમાં private companies, startups અને non-government entities (NGEs) ને space activities કરવા માટે મંજૂરી આપવી, તેમને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું અને તેમના કામ પર દેખરેખ રાખવી. સરળ શબ્દોમાં કહીએ તો, જો કોઈ private company satellite બનાવવા, rocket launch કરવા, ground station ચલાવવા કે ISRO ની facilities વાપરવા માંગે છે, તો તેને IN-SPACe સાથે વ્યવહાર કરવો પડે છે. IN-SPACe, ISRO અને private industry વચ્ચે bridge નું કામ કરે છે. તાજેતરમાં તેમણે ઘણા મહત્વના કામ કર્યા છે, જેમ કે private companies ને space services માટે મંજૂરી આપવી, April 2025 માં Satellite Bus as a Service initiative શરૂ કરવી, અને Earth observation satellite network માટે public-private partnership ચલાવવી. Pixxel Space ના નેતૃત્વમાં એક consortium એ 12-satellite network બનાવવાનો bid જીત્યો છે. એટલે IN-SPACe માં જોડાતા લોકોને real policy, regulation અને industry support નું કામ મળે છે, ફક્ત કાગળોનું કામ નહીં.

ભરતી વિશે માહિતી
IN-SPACe એ Advertisement No. IN-SPACe: 03:2026 dated 3 October 2026 દ્વારા consultants માટે notice બહાર પાડ્યો છે. આ engagement contract basis પર છે. શરૂઆતમાં period 2 વર્ષ સુધીનો હોઈ શકે છે, અને ત્યારબાદ satisfactory performance અને functional need ના આધારે દર વર્ષે 1 વર્ષ extension મળી શકે છે, જે maximum 5 વર્ષ સુધી થઈ શકે છે. કુલ 7 posts છે. Last date to apply 2 November 2026 છે. અરજી ફક્ત online કરવાની છે, IN-SPACe Digital Platform (IDP) પર, જેની website છે https://www.inspace.gov.in. છ પ્રકારની posts (The Six Positions)
આ recruitment માં કુલ 6 પ્રકારની posts છે, જેમાં કુલ 7 seats છે. ચાલો દરેક post ને સરળ ભાષામાં સમજીએ.
1. Principal Consultant, Decadal Vision & Strategy (1 post): આ સૌથી senior post છે. Decadal Vision એટલે IN-SPACe અને ISRO દ્વારા તૈયાર કરાયેલી 10 વર્ષની યોજના, જેનો હેતુ ભારતને global space power બનાવવાનો છે. આ post પર કામ કરનાર વ્યક્તિ આ vision ને action plan માં ફેરવવામાં, progress track કરવામાં અને leadership ને advice આપવામાં મદદ કરશે.
2. Senior Consultant, Office of the Chairman (1 post): આ Chairman ના office ની નજીક support અને advisory role છે. તેમાં briefings તૈયાર કરવા, ministries અને stakeholders સાથે coordinate કરવું અને Chairman ના office ને smoothly ચલાવવામાં મદદ કરવી જેવા કામ હોઈ શકે છે.
3. Senior Consultant, Public Relations & Media (1 post): IN-SPACe startups, industry bodies, press અને public સાથે deal કરે છે. આ role communication માટે છે – media coverage, press releases, events અને agency નો message clear રાખવો. અગાઉના એક notice માં public relations role માટે press handling, visits arrange કરવા અને media coverage analyse કરવા જેવા કામ હતા.
4. Senior Consultant, Legal Directorate (1 post): IN-SPACe માં legal work માં space law, commercial અને international law, contracts, authorization conditions અને compliance આવે છે. અગાઉના legal posts માં legal practitioner કે law officer નો experience માંગવામાં આવ્યો હતો, અને કેટલાકમાં space law નો course કે specialization માંગવામાં આવ્યો હતો. પણ આ નવા post માટે એવું ન માની લેવું, detailed notice વાંચવી.
5. Technical Assistants, Technical Directorate (2 posts): Technical Directorate private companies ના technical proposals જેમ કે launch vehicles, satellites અને space applications ને જુએ છે. Technical Assistants તે કામમાં support કરશે. આ post માં સૌથી વધુ 2 seats છે.
6. Junior Consultant, Technical Directorate (1 post): આ entry થી mid level technical consultant role છે, તે જ directorate માં.

પગાર, ઉંમર અને લાયકાત (Pay, Age and Qualification)
આ posts માટે pay, age limit અને qualification ની માહિતી detailed advertisement માં છે, જે અમે હજી સુધી જોઈ શક્યા નથી. તેથી અમે તમને વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કે કોઈ પણ website પર જો exact numbers આપવામાં આવે તો તેના પર આંધળો વિશ્વાસ ન કરો, જ્યાં સુધી તે official PDF ની link ન આપે. ફક્ત અંદાજ માટે, IN-SPACe એ આ વર્ષે અગાઉ Advertisement No. IN-SPACe: 02:2026 (30 May 2026) માં 10 Young Professionals માટે pay આપ્યો હતો – Grade 1 માટે ₹70,000 પ્રતિ મહિને અને Grade 2 માટે ₹90,000 પ્રતિ મહિને. તેમાં 1 વર્ષ પછી 10% સુધી annual increment અને medicalism cover પણ હતું. પણ consultant posts માટે આ numbers લાગુ નહીં પડે. તે ફક્ત એ સાબિત કરે છે કે IN-SPACe IDP portal વાપરે છે અને contract roles માટે consolidated monthly amount આપે છે.

detailed advertisement માં શું check કરવું (What to Check in Detailed Advertisement)
અરજી કરતા પહેલા તમારે IN-SPACe ની website પર detailed notice ખોલવી જોઈએ અને આ મુદ્દાઓ ધ્યાનથી વાંચવા જોઈએ: દરેક post માટે educational qualification, કેટલા વર્ષનો અને કયા પ્રકારનો experience જોઈએ, maximum age અને તે કઈ date થી ગણાય, દરેક post માટે monthly remuneration, શું government employees કે retired officers apply કરી શકે અને કઈ શરતો પર, place of posting (અગાઉની ads માં Ahmedabad અને Bengaluru હતા), selection process (shortlisting, interview કે બંને), documents upload કરવાના અને file size limits, application fee (જો હોય તો), અને શું એકથી વધુ post માટે apply કરી શકાય. આ બધી માહિતી તમને official PDF માં જ મળશે.

અરજી કેવી રીતે કરવી (How to Apply)
અરજી કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા ખૂબ સરળ છે. પહેલા https://www.inspace.gov.in પર જાઓ. Announcement section ખોલો અને IN-SPACe: 03:2026 ની detailed advertisement download કરો. જો notice માં link હોય તો Procedures and Guidelines for engagement of Consultants વાંચો. ત્યારબાદ IN-SPACe Digital Platform (IDP) પર register કરો કે log in કરો. તમે જે post માંગો છો તેની અરજી ભરો અને documents upload કરો. 2 November 2026 પહેલા submit કરો. છેલ્લા દિવસની રાહ ન જુઓ, કારણ કે deadline નજીક portal slow થઈ જાય છે. અંતે submission confirmation save કરો. કોને અરજી કરવી જોઈએ (Who Should Consider Applying)
જો તમે policy અને strategy field માં છો અને space, industry કે economics નો experience ધરાવો છો, તો Decadal Vision post તમારા માટે યોગ્ય છે. Communication અને media professionals PR post માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે, ખાસ કરીને જેઓએ government, startups કે technology brands સાથે કામ કર્યું હોય. Lawyers જેઓ commercial, contract કે international law નો experience ધરાવે છે અને space law માં interest ધરાવે છે, તેઓ Legal Directorate માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે. Engineers Technical Directorate roles માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે, જેઓને space, satellite કે launch vehicle નો experience હોય.
