NDTL શું છે? (About NDTL)
NDTL એટલે National Dope Testing Laboratory. આ સંસ્થા Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India હેઠળ કામ કરતી autonomous body છે. તેની સ્થાપના 2008 માં થઈ હતી, પણ ભારતમાં dope testing ની શરૂઆત 1990 થી થઈ હતી, જ્યારે તે Sports Authority of India હેઠળ Dope Control Centre તરીકે ચાલતી હતી. NDTL એ ભારતની એકમાત્ર laboratory છે જે human sports dope testing કરે છે. તે World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) દ્વારા accredited છે અને વિશ્વની લગભગ 29 WADA-approved labs માંથી એક છે. તેને NABL થી ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation પણ મળ્યું છે. તે LC-Orbitrap-HRMS, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS અને GC/C/IRMS જેવા advanced equipment વાપરે છે. તેનું address છે: East Gate No. 10, JLN Stadium Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003. ફક્ત Indian nationals જ આ પદો માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે.

Post 1: Scientist ‘E’ (Post 1: Scientist ‘E’)
આ lab નું સૌથી senior scientific post છે. આ પદ માટે essential qualification છે: Chemical, Biological અથવા Pharmaceutical Sciences માં UGC/AICTE recognised university અથવા institute થી PhD. તેમજ drug analysis ના relevant area માં research and development માં 10 વર્ષનો post-doctorate experience. અને scientific administration અને research management માં 2 વર્ષનો responsible role નો experience. Eligible candidates એટલે officers જેઓ analogous post પર regular basis પર છે, અથવા officers જેઓ Pay Level 12 માં 5 વર્ષની regular service ધરાવે છે અને PhD તથા 10 વર્ષનો experience ધરાવે છે. Central કે State Government, PSUs અને autonomous bodies ના officers પણ eligible છે. Desirable qualification માં drug analysis કે sports dope testing research નો experience, ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system નો experience, good journals માં published research, અને drug metabolism તથા pharmacokinetics નું knowledge છે. Age limit: closing date પર 56 વર્ષથી વધુ નહીં. Main duties માં NDTL operations oversee કરવા, WADA સાથે lab represent કરવી, analytical testing ના new areas plan કરવા, લગભગ 35 scientists ને supervise કરવા, અને administrative functions તથા research work guide કરવું. Post 2: Deputy Director (Admin) (Post 2: Deputy Director (Admin))
આ administrative post છે. Essential qualification માં Bachelor’s degree from UGC/AICTE recognised institution. અને નીચેનામાંથી એક: analogous post on regular basis, અથવા Pay Level 10 માં 5 વર્ષ, અથવા Pay Level 7 માં 10 વર્ષ. અને administration and establishment, અથવા finance and accounts, અથવા stores management નો experience. Desirable qualification માં HR, financial કે materials management માં Postgraduate degree કે diploma, R&D કે scientific organisation નો experience, અને ISO/IEC 17025 quality management નું knowledge. Age limit: closing date પર 56 વર્ષથી વધુ નહીં. Main duties માં general administration, establishment, purchase and stores ના Head તરીકે કામ કરવું, staff માટે administrative matters, ministries સાથે liaison, RTI હેઠળ CPIO work, GFR અને budget rules નો application, અને Parliament, court, legal તથા vigilance matters handle કરવા.

Post 3: Research Associate-I (3 posts) (Post 3: Research Associate-I)
આ post મોટાભાગના young researchers જોશે. Essential qualification માં Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Applied Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacology કે Forensic Science માં PhD, અથવા M.Pharm with 3 years of experience in research, teaching, or design and development. અને Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal માં ઓછામાં ઓછું 1 paper જેનો impact factor 1.0 થી વધુ હોય. Age limit: 35 વર્ષથી વધુ નહીં. OBC (NCL) માટે 3 વર્ષ અને SC/ST માટે 5 વર્ષની relaxation. Contract period: 1 year, extendable by up to 2 more years (3 years total at most). Other terms માં annual performance review, either side can end contract with one month notice, selection process માટે TA/DA નહીં, અને selection interview દ્વારા.

- તે page પર linked online application form ભરો.
- Scanned photo identity proof jpg/jpeg format માં upload કરો, 50 KB થી 1 MB.
- Qualification, experience અને SCI paper ના proofs interview માટે તૈયાર રાખો.
- 2 December 2026 પહેલા submit કરો અને confirmation save કરો.
Scientist ‘E’ અને Deputy Director (Admin) (Department દ્વારા):
- Advertisement PDF download કરો અને prescribed proforma ભરો (Deputy Director માટે Part A, B and C).
